2b. Just be yourself (English version)

Simply being yourself is nothing more than embracing your "true self" / your personal identity. Your physiology, your clothing style, your lifestyle, your choices, the direction you are going, your areas of life, your positioning, in short; your spiritual level: the level of inspiration with values, norms, beliefs, mission, skills, wisdom and talents. In all of this your "true self" is hidden. What attracts you in life is decisive if you function in the position of your "true self" every day.*
When you are working on your talent, you will experience pleasure. It is special when education stimulates talents by developing activities. Talents are applied in professions, in the workplace, in one's own company and where necessary. Examples: someone who is very good at mathematics can help others who are not so strong at it to do well/better. To research. Someone or persons who are good at research and enjoy doing it can be deployed to collect data necessary to solve a problem or a situation that requires urgent attention, but also to inform society. You experience real/tremendous pleasure when you are working on your talent. It's your gift. It's part of who you are. *On the work floor and intervision*.
Talents are also used in the workplace to promote the company.
That is why it is important to grow together through intervision. It is a method in which colleagues support each other, provide feedback and learn to think and act in a solution-oriented manner. A working method in which colleagues discover their talents or even more about their talents. A working method in which colleagues become more skilled and gain knowledge about the competencies. For example, leadership skills, communicating, dealing with staff members, organizing, presenting, collaborating, group-oriented management, motivating, dealing with details, ability to change, self-insight, integrity, self-confidence, planning and organizing, etc.
*Communication breakdown* As a result, a lot goes wrong and the efforts of people can switch to passive behavior. People can also withdraw, resulting in tasks not being fully completed. Intervision offers the opportunity to put things right and continue the talents for the growth and development of individuals, companies and institutions. Want to know more or you need a service.
