It is of great importance that we invest in our young ladies, so that they can purposefully develop their life goals, interests and talents into successful women of the future, "says Elviera Waterberg, CEO of Practitioner for Communication, Coaching & Counseling (PCCC) . The institute has recently selected the fifth group of young ladies for their intensive training in personal growth, development and leadership.

The new group consists of 25 young ladies, ranging in age from 16 to 23 years, and represents various school levels, from VOJ to MBO and HBO. These ladies come from various districts and will work in the coming ten months to develop self -consciousness, exploring their talents and strengthening their leadership qualities.

PCCC has been offering the certified training since 2012, and now more than 80 ladies have been successfully trained. These ladies have applied their skills in various sectors in both Suriname and abroad, where they act as exemplary figures and leaders in their communities and fields of work.

"Every day, young people are exposed to different challenges and influences that can determine their path. The key to success is self -discovery, understanding who you are and which choices are best for you, "explains Waterberg. "Our training not only helps these young ladies to discover their talents, but also to act in a targeted way and achieve their next level of success."

The training is specifically designed to help the participants make strategic choices that lead them to growth and development. "It's nice to see how young people with the right guidance and support can embrace and propagate their mission," says Waterberg. "We are ready to support them with every step of their journey."

In addition to developing personal and professional skills, the training functions as a platform for young people to develop their leadership potential and to prepare for a successful future in different sectors. The 25 participants of the fifth group are the newest generation of young women who, with the support of PCCC, will contribute to a positive change within their communities and the world.
